PRIVACY POLICY
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone number), customer profile details you choose to add (gender and area), provider business details (business name, logo, location, description, services, prices, working hours and slots), plus your bookings and in-app messages.
2. Why we use it
To create and secure your account, show your listing or profile, connect bookings and chat between customers and providers, send booking notifications, and keep the marketplace safe. We don't sell your personal information.
3. Who sees it
The provider you book sees the details needed to serve you (name, area, booking selections and messages). Your business details are public on your listing when you publish it. Access is restricted inside the platform to participants of each conversation or booking.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored securely and access is protected. We keep booking and message history so both sides of a job have a record, and we remove it when you ask us to delete your account, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
5. Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your profile information at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Under South Africa's POPIA you may also ask what information we hold about you and object to certain uses.
